I enjoy strengths-based approaches to help clients communicate and connect in ways that work best for them, while moving gently outside their comfort zones to build resilience. We can have fun! Some of us find our voice in the arts; some respond to embodied therapies that feature active movement and tuning into bodily sensations; some relate more to structured, problem-solving, or cognitive-based interventions. Often therapy is a flexible melding of interventions.
