I am a bilingual therapist specializing in working with young adults, teens and children who have experienced trauma. Other areas of interest include grief, anxiety, ADHD, autism, difficult life transitions, coping skills, and anger management. I accept client as they are, and focus on the goals most important to them. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, flexible and adaptable. I am EMDR trained. Other modalities my clients often find helpful are Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
